Registration for the spring 2024 session is now open.
You can view the summer 2024 session courses starting on June 6 at noon. Registration for the summer 2024 session will open on June 20 at noon.
Account creation and program registration requires:
- A valid email address
- A valid payment card (VISA, VisaDebit, MasterCard or American Express)
The City believes that recreational opportunities must be accessible and affordable to all who wish to make use of what the City has to offer to lead full lives. SPARK reduces the cost of City-run recreation and leisure programs for Kingston residents of all ages. This funding is available on a first-come, first-serve basis until the annual budget has been spent, to a maximum of $300 per eligible participant.
